Can you use that plate as a "Legal" plate here in WA? Like under an antique registration format? The reason I ask is because when I lived in CO you could do that as long as the vehicle you were licensing was from the same year of mfg or last year of registration on the plate, and after a titlesearch you could license it under a collector/antique provision |
