What are the coolest tires
to put on your Cobra?
I'd like to get some of the old look Goodyears that are plump looking, like the tires on a 1984 Ferrari 512BB look. Where to get them, and best prices? What to do with some used like new BF Goodrich's? |

The so-called Big Lettered Goodyears--non DOT road racing tires with rain treads. Unfortuanately out of production for the last several months, but word is that a new batch will come on line soon. I checked with Krause, Shelby and others looking for them to put on the new car--everyone is out of stock. You could throw some DOT Hoosier TDs, which are biased ply for the correct look. Patience.... |
