Inspecting & Sealing Alumn. Wheels.

I have an old set of alum. wheels on one of my other cars. The wheels leak air through the castings. Not at the beads.

I have been told there is a procedure that can be done to test and later seal aluminium wheels. They suposedly do this procedure to test the integrity of alumn racing wheels and seal their castings.

Since there are many Cobra owners here that race their cars I was hoping to get so information about it.

Thanks as usual,
Bud

I have heard some people have had success using a bar of soap to seal the wheels.

Any truth to this?
