Holy moly.. Steve you are right.... Hey.. let us know when you bring that nasCAR.. to VIR...

CSX 4027 05-17-2003 08:30 PM

???

I like this line the best.....

Sigmund R. Caswell, from Caswell’s Car Appraisals, assessed this Shelby Cobra I am listing and stated that it “is one of the best replicar Cobra’s I have viewed...probuilt front to back …Workmanship and quality all the way.”

Who is this A$$hole?

STG 05-17-2003 09:35 PM

If Siggy Says It's Worth $100,000 .....

"best replica Cobra's (sic) ...." While some may debate Mr. Caswell's appraisal skills, his English is beyond reproach.

Please note that Sigmund's appraisal only states that there's "Workmanship and quality all the way ..." He clearly does not rate either. "Probuilt (sic)" ??? That just means someone was paid to build it!

Scott S 05-17-2003 10:10 PM

Okay I bid..............

$1500.00

Anybody else?

REAL 1 05-17-2003 10:50 PM

You know, sometimes I see why CS gets so pissed off. This guys a classic example.

Steve. You are right again sir!

:MECOOL:

,,,,,,e-bay never ceases to amaze me, anything from good deals to totally ridiculous deals.

Another classic example of people who are not in touch with reality.

WOW! There were some rumors of the market firming up. I guess this car on Ebay confirms it without a doubt....... ( ROTFLMAO smiley face goes here ).

Ask and ye shall receive...... a.) be careful for what you ask and b.) SOMETIMES ye shall receive for what you ask. In this case... PROBABLY NOT!! But, if this guy gets a bid, I know of some great land in Florida on which to build a garage and I'll throw in the Brooklyn Bridge to get there.

BlueRooster 05-18-2003 03:57 AM

Why be angry? He'll never get his price. If he did though, why be angry...this is America, you can sell whatever you want for any price. If some sucker wants to shell out his money without doing his due diligence...anyway, granted he shouldn't call it a Shelby.

Excaliber 05-18-2003 04:44 AM

Shouldn't call it a Shelby,,,,,BINGO! LOL

Cobra on Ebay

I like this bit the best.

"Terms of Sale

All sales are final. The car is being sold “as is” with no warranty implied or expressed. Due diligence is the responsibility of the buyer. You are encouraged to contact me with any questions before bidding. Bidding or winning the auction is not an invitation to come and look at the car. The winning bidder is required to place a 10% deposit within 24 hours and complete the transaction within 14 days after close of the auction. We reserve the right to end the auction early".

No bids yet I wonder why?
Bryan

KobraKarl 05-18-2003 08:56 PM
