TURK

RallySnake 05-19-2003 10:52 AM

Fred,

I get the concept, but I wonder, are they riding on the belt sander or is it just running free? That could be FUN! I bet they wear helmets and pads too, huh?

Paul

Chaplin 05-19-2003 10:59 AM

This could be a whole new twist on the BB/SB debate. Me, I'll take a BB- you know one of those industrial floor sanders for refinishing hardwood floors. Heck, I might even bolt a bar stool on it. :JEKYLHYDE You guys have fun with your hand held SB belt sanders:LOL:

Roscoe 05-19-2003 11:02 AM

Don't knock it. There's a whole sub culture out there!

Roscoe....you da man!

How long did it take you to pull THAT stuff up? You must be hiding a PhD or su'un. Hope you've been "Down East"---these people are ALSO a totally-separate culture. Sure, bub, the Minnesotans invented racing snow-mobiles (or someone out there did)---buit leave to May-nuzz (people from Maine) to race LOBSTABOATS!!! Jay-suss, Chummie, they're hittin' 62 knots (72.5 mph)! Now THAT sounds like a good idea, huh?:JEKYLHYDE **)

Fred Douglass 05-19-2003 12:01 PM

Now, now Jambone.......

You're not going to claim your question to me wasn't a tad accusatory, are ye? Just a bit of "counter-battery fire", s'all:LOL: Relax, we all love ye, lad. Now give us odds that Scott Peterson is going to be playing golf with OJ this time next year...
Chow and Pacis vobiscum....:D

Jamo 05-19-2003 12:07 PM

No problemo detected. It just amazes me how many folks actually understand what the hell you're saying.

Pete C 05-19-2003 12:13 PM

Fred,

Flash back? If so, remember, don't fight it just flow along with it and try to maintain.

Cheers, Pete C

PS The boys in Bah Haba don't race belt sanders as far as I know but they do love their snowmobiles! Then again me being a flat land tourist bastud, they may not have told me about em. Unlikely though cuz they invited me to join the "Way back" society.

"yah cant get tharh from hearh,ay-yah"

Forgot all about the old "Bert and I" routines......Although I am really partial to Bob and Ray.

"How much are your Lobsters per pound?"
"Don't sell 'em by tha pound, sells 'em by the each"
"OK, how much are they each?"
"Five dollahs a pound...."

Rick:D

Fred Douglass 05-19-2003 12:18 PM
