I finally got a few digital photos of my slabside and want to put them in the gallery... its not going well. Will someone please walk me through it? I clicked uploads etc. however it seems that after twenty minutes my patience has run out. Thanks in advance.

what size is the file. I think there is a limit to posting by file size.

if you are viewing your photo on your computer, like for instance in adobe photoshop, you'll want to save it as a jpg file but also look for "advanced" save settings and choose say 2 out of a possible 10 and your file will be saved as a more compressed file. This will allow the file to transfer very quickly and it won't get hung up with CC file size restrictions. goodluck.

Nester,

Pictures in the galleries are restricted to 200K or smaller and smaller will work much better. As stated above save them in JPG format as that will reduce the size, especially if yours are in BMP format. I have had the best luck at around 80-140K. It seems that you are doing the correct things. I am sure that you did the browse and selected the picture to upload didn't you.

Thanks everyone, file size was the problem, I never had to use that photo editing program before(wife always does). I am glad to finally have a few pics in my gallery... slither away.
