Picking up my A&C in NY . . . any advice?

I'll be going to NY to get my A&C kit in the next couple weeks. Any advice on how to bring it back? It should be a 6 or 7 hour drive each way. . . .

Thanks!

Pick-up

Are you picking up the frame at the same time?
I picked up the frame on a trailer and came back for the body in Feb. The weather was not too good then so I used a Uhaul 17 foot truck. Joe and the guys put the body and stuff in with a forklift and I had some moving blankets and tie downs and secured the body pretty well. It took six guys to get it out of the truck. If the weather is not rain I might just use a trailer.
Good luck.

I'm getting everything at the same time. . . . I'm just concerned about hurting the body. ..

How do you tie it down?

I picked mine up in a closed rental truck. If you use carpeting on the floor or any rub points you should be fine. Joe and the guys up at A&C will take care of you and help you secure everything.
