Bald Hill Long Island
2000 cars there last week. The main lot holds 1200.
Last week they opened the second lot and had plenty of food !!
Hours are 6-10pm.

Every Tuesday 6PM to 10PM $4 per car. LIE exit 63 north (north ocean ave) follow sign to Brookhaven Ampitheatre. It gets a little zooy, lots of sticky fingered kids and "Oh, it's only a kit car" people. Good mix of rods, foreign exotics and late model ricers. Best to make arrangements to meet someone there or you won't get a chance to walk around and see the other cars out of fear that yours won't be there when you get back.

It can take well over an hour just to walk around to see the other cars. Probably best we meet as a group so someone is always near the cars. The concession serves hot dogs , burgers and such. A lawn chair is a good idea.

I guess we are alone on this one Mr. Steve. I do hope we can hook up soon if we ever get two sunny days in a row. Even is we just cruise in to the shop together. heck...we are just a few miles apart!

Jim , You say weekend ? Is there a week end thing
or a tuesday night ? .
( p.s.) I found the hard starting was caused by
my battery cables .
