one wire alt / starter hookup
 
using powermaster 1 wire alt with a new type starter /solenoid . how do you hook this up safely.ps waiting for my unique 427 to come in

The instructions that came with your Powermaster altenater will tell you the proper hook up. If I remember correctly my Powermaster altenater had a single output terminal that gets hooked up to the positive battery terminal using the red wire that they provided (I think the red wire was 12awg).

There are some who suggest putting a fuse in line with the alternater wire.

Hey guys, have a few Q's. Who is Power master, where did you buy it, how is the quality, what was the cost, and I assume it's wired for ford ?
