Hey guys, use Photoshop to batch resize (around 640x480) and resample them at 72dpi so the pics are smaller. You can do the entire picture folder with just a couple of clicks and THEN upload the smaller pictures. I did 135 + pictures on my site and started uploading in 10 minutes. Upload time will vary with connection speed.
