New NY registration?
Does anyone know about new registration legislation that was passed in NY? I just read an article from Kit Car Builder, Aug. 2003 page 10 which refers to "More Good Legislation". It talks about SEMA model legislation which creates vehicle registration classifications for street rods and custom vehicles. It says they are exempt from vehcile and emissions inspections as well as other things. It also refers to assigning the same model-year designation as the production vehicle it most closely resembles. does anyone know about this? What can you tell me?
Thanks, Kenny |
Hope this helps a little
