Rsimoes,
Yup sure have. We're a "Flaming River" dealer, and I couldn't wait to try one. Just a few weeks ago we put one in one of our DV II's with 17" tires. Now we will be putting one in a 40's Pro-Street Willy's with a 502. DV...Yup, they are nice :) |

Pictures, we want pictures! |
Hee-hee-hee! :)
Sectioned rear frame, all done in Silver Imron. 5-0-deuce crate with a few extra goodies. Tilt nose, OK, I couldn't help it, power tilt nose. OK...couldn't help this either... power doors, windows, deck lid, and all are remote controlled from 100 feet plus! Did I mention it also has AC? ;) Even has a custom built slush box :) Color is going to be HOK candy apple orange with silver base. We just painted the owners HOG to match. Pretty darned cool if I do say so myself. DV...Will try and post some pics soon, frame is done, body gets primed in a day or two |
DV, Please post pics!!!
I will share some Hemi 32 Deuce pics as the project goes to paint. |

Oooh, that's pretty!
Pretty standard stuff big guy :) But can you tilt the nose; up AND down, roll the windows up and down, open and close the trunk or pop either doors from 100 feet away? :) DV...what was the question? ;) |
While Don & DV show how much fun we have with Rods too...
The Flaming River power rack is most beneficial at low speed manuevers. This Double Venom II car owner doesn't care much for the twitchiness above 60mph, but its better than the modified power rack we tried previously. The car has 285's on the front and the on center feeling is vague. The pump is very similar, if not exactly GM. I drove the car up to 80mph and liked the real tight, point & shoot steering. Installation is easy, a pump bracket fabrication is needed. We also used the FR braided hose kit. Also need a reservior. We have sold a few complete systems but have not heard their driving opinions yet. Call if you want more info. Jay Classics by Elite 1-888-65-COBRA |
Is this called hijacking a thread, sorry but it's sometimes fun.
rsimoes, sorry I didn't have any input about the rack but I had to try and stop DV from bragging about his Willy's (hmmm..that doesn't sound right). DV, as a matter of fact I can open the doors from a distance, I can tilt my nose up and down, I can also jump on one leg, scream, and tilt my nose up AND down while looking at my car. Can your car start itself from up to 500 feet away all by remote? I didn't think so! My car can also come to me when I whistle, just like Roy's horse did!!!! My car can also slam itself to the ground with the flip of a tiny switch to let the air out of my AIR RIDE system!!! Ha, Ha!! Top that! Don |
