New AC Ace
Maybe not new news, but - I was just cruising the new AC website

...AC are pleased to confirm that they will be producing a continuation model of the 1955 AC Ace. The car will be produced on the original chassis with a composite body.Many people have said that this was the nicest British sportscar of the 1950's.The car will be supplied fully built but without an engine or gearbox. It will take a V6 engine. It will have all the original features including Transverse leaf sprung suspension, Hand trimmed interior in black leather with deep pile carpets, Original style dash with Smith instruments and Original style center fix spline drive chrome wire wheels. The first vehicles available for delivery to the USA will be ready in the last quarter of 2003 and available for delivery in 2004.The launch price will be $39,990.You can reserve yours online for $250.00 by going to the ONLINE STORE page and pressing the indicated button.
