Lew, Wow, it's been worth the wait! David :D :D :D |
Cool, David!
|
Good Job, David
But when did you start building small block Chevys?
|
David,
Interesting advertising strategy. "How inadequate are you?" Between the numbers, the aluminum and the stainless, you've pushed me from aspiration to envy. Awesome dude! :3DSMILE: |
I knew it was going to be good...but now you're just being a pig about it.:3DSMILE:
Neat thing is, I know you're going to use every bit of it.;) |
Awesome numbers David! What fuel injection system are you using?
Jeff |
Awesome #s
Congrats David...
Very Impressive... Enjoy!:D |
Wow!
That is almost as good as my dyno sheet! Pat:) |
Pat,
At least when I see you with all of that horsepower and start crying my frame won't rust...hee, hee, hee... Of course, I'll have to make up my "lack" of horsepower with other assorted light weight parts... David:D :D :D Tom, Envy is good. "Inadequate" Hey, I am here to help all of us with special "problems!" Psssst, we can help with your "problem" and we won't tell a soul. David:D :D :D |
Kirkham's raise the bar again :D
Reading between the lines, engine dyno numbers I assume? Congrats. |
Very cool. Makes my carbie motor sound old fashioned. I now know what I want from Santa.
|
David:
I forgot to ask, what kind of fuel injection are you running? |
Wowee!
Well, tell us EVERYTHING!
Inquiring cobroid minds want to know! |
I don't know what kind of fuel injection is on the engine. I should get it next week. I left everything up to the engine builder on this one. I really don't know anything about the engine except the dyno numbers. :D :D :D
Will let you all know as soon as I find out. I am hoping to have it at the Mini-Nats...we'll see. That is a tall order to finish it that quick. David:) :) :) |
David,
Please let the guy in this video borrow that engine for his next racing adventure. The Buick fan in the office took way too much delight in this video. Hope the link works http://streetheatcarclub.com/videos/ Jeff |
Some engine specs.
FAS computer Weber manifold with TWM throttle bodies Dyno numbers are WITH THE EXHAUST SYSTEM THAT WILL BE ON THE CAR, IE, THROUGH THE MUFFLERS!!! Thomas just told me; he knows way more about this than I do. Pat, Was your engine dyno'd with the MUFFLERS on? David    |
David:
Will you be running the TWM airbox too or running the throttle bodies open? TWM has a nice airbox, but it seems a shames to cover up that induction. Lew |
Gasket boy,
I checked the video link , 1 wet track ?..favours a heavy car 2 bad start.....ugh...no hook up at all 3 cobra driver was using low rev shift points ......??? 4 cobra was catching up quick 5 cant see cobra ET 6 the other guy has to drive his dads car home ...:D KK |
Karl,
I'm not sure what the reason was. Whatever did it had the Buick guy here grinning. I like #6 though. Jeff |
