XKs, Unlimited, in San Luis Obispo, CA. I emailed him yesterday (they've been a Shelby builder for several years), and a summary of his reply follows below:
SAI will manufacture with partner Cape Advanced Vehicles in South Africa. Base price is $39,995, plus tax and freight. This includes paint, tires, wheels, leather seats, complete installed interior, wiring and plumbing finished and installed, radiator and suspension installed, differential installed, battery installed. CSX numbers begin with 4750. Introductory price good through September 15th, then raised to $42,500, plus tax and freight. "First batch" expected at POE (Houston, TX) in late October or early November. Not affiliated with these folks, but figured they'd know the skinny, and was glad to get a quick reply from them. Well how much IS "tax" (is that state or Fed?) and "freight"?

Dave said in his email that he sold one of the cars over the weekend and it totalled $43,750. I expect it's state tax, but don't know for sure. That's all I know. His email address is dave@xks.com.
