What kind of numbers did you turn?

My Father managed 0-60 in 3.9 seconds at the Brighton Speed trials in 1967, the rear end was something stoopid like 4.1, so he just stuck it in second and floored it! I don`t know his quarter-mile times though.

The problem when racing was that he was having to back off about 1/2 way along the straights (6000rpm limit....2-bolt cranks!) which was only about 130mph.

Just did for the first time this past weekend. See the thread about doing good at the all Ford Show and Drag Meet. My best time was 12.73 but I believe I could have done better with a bit more practice and beating the car more.

10.5's with the 3.08 gear and 10.1's with the 4.10 gear running 3.45 gears now so somewhere in between...1.46 60' times@ 56 mph so somewhere around 2 seconds to 60 mph
