Missouri registration change?
I recently saw an article in Hot Rod or Car Craft showing various state laws. It said that Missouri was going to recognize the "kit car" as the year of vehicle it is intended to represent. So does this mean a street rod will be titled as say a 1932 Ford and a Cobra as a 1965? I have read various post about some who have gotten their cars titled as a 1965 for tax and obvious insurance advantages and they received both good and bad replies for it. If it is state law that a car is to be titled this way can the insurance companies ignore it and make you pay the premium of a 2003 car?
