Parting out 101

rsimoes,
You have a nice car there, and it seems you've certainly made some of the key investments already. Professionally speaking, the only time in my former business that we parted cars out vs. selling them as rebuildables e.g "builders" is if the individual parts were worth more than the car itself.

If it does not go well on eBay, send me an email describing what's left to finish the car, and where one could obtain parts. I'll talk to some people pending the details, price, etc. From what I see in your pics, maybe it can be finised vs. parting out!

Good Luck.
