Gordon,
I have a few different bars I've experimented with. I am currently running a 3/4" bar in the read with a 1" in the front. I've got the handling dialed in well enough to maintain a four wheel drift in a steady state circle. I can't imagine being able to do this without front and rear bars.

Paul, I agree with you. I am running 1 1/8" Front and 7/8" Rear bars and it handles great. If you try to make a Live axle car handle without swaybars, your springs are gonna get too stiff to drive it! Soft springs and big bars are the way to go. The only purpose of springs is to hold the car up. Shocks and swaybars make the handling!
