What the heck is a ........
Moter Vehicle Bond. And what is it going to cost me??? Seems I need one (among other things)to register my car in California.

A motor vehicle bond is a device used in place of insurance. Why do you think you need that? It is essentially self insuring by placing funds (last I heard it was $40,000) with the DMV.
Except for rare and extremely (rich drunks) high risk behavior few people post vehicle bonds. Regards, |
