Raydyot Mirrors
Does anyone have or know of a source for the replica Raydyot Mirrors that have the name embossed/stamped on the mirror. I have seen them previously but cannot find them now:(

Motorsports International in El Cajon. They are the "only ones" according to Marge that can stamp the die on the housing, and will do it so it's always up depending on whether it's the two side mirrors mounted to the windshield frame or the middle one. You can also get them in convex, which I did for the middle mirror, and it works great and is slightly tinted (or seems so) which helps with lights at night. Be careful...I gave specific instructions to her husband about the right and left hand mirrors and ended up with the die stamped for two left mirrors. Despite the overwhelming evidence based on uncontradictable logic of a person wanting one of each, Marge assumed I ordered them that way. Also, she likes to sell them with their windshield mounts, which are expensive (but good, though not as nice as Buckley's IMHFO). Let's just say my patience wore a little thin, much like dealing with someone at McDonalds screwing up on an order of fries. Regardless of my difficulty, they do stock a whole bunch of stuff. They like Turk for some reason. He has a way with women.:JEKYLHYDE |
Thanks...I will send them a "SUMMONS" in the morning.

Rick:
Good advice on Motorsports Int'l. I have dealt with them since 1999, and have always been pleased. Some of their stuff is simply not available elsewhere, and all is the highest quality. They stock the hard to find stuff like proper dash fasteners, gauge decals and other detail pieces. If you need a special part and you need it quickly, Marge and Bill go out of their way to get it to you. Not their spokesman, just always been more than pleased. Bud:JEKYLHYDE :JEKYLHYDE :JEKYLHYDE |
