GUMBALL! The Newcomer Event of the Year.

For those of you who have read my rally reports and might like to get involved, this is the one:

http://carzero.freeservers.com/tw4fly.htm

Entry is FREE for first timers! This is a perfect way to enjoy a Cobra without beating it up. Everything is explained at the rally school. This is NOT a slow, complex TSD rally. It's a "run at your own speed and enjoy the scenery", Monte Carlo Style Rally. The Navigator's in the Novice class only have to read the instructions. No calculations or trick equipment are needed.

It will start in the San Fernando Valley and finish in 4 to 5 hours at a restaurant for awards and party time.

I hope you all can make it,
Paul

PK,

Spoiler or not, Sti or Evo, if the road is dry and straight enough, as Carroll would say, "their ass is mine"! If you're in the nieghborhood on Feb 28, you'd be welcome to prove me wrong. :D Besides, running with other cars at high speed, on a rally, is SO MUCH FUN!

I'm in the market for a new commuter car and I have made a couple of trips to the WRX store. When I find a white one with an automatic, no sunroof or wing, one or two years old, at the right price, there will be one in my driveway, too.

Paul,

I'd seriously consider, but I have Little League responsibilities beginning Feb 1 and the commitment (this year) won't stop for me until well into August (All-Stars and a tournament in Cooperstown). Thanks for the invite though!

Deano,

I envy you, man. Kid's sports are a parent's most fullfilling entertainmant (as long as you don't get in fist fights with other parents). I really enjoyed the little league and basketball league years. I even coached one year.

Enjoy the he!! out of it. It goes by so FAST!
Paul
