Your work looks fantastic!
I did some similar work on my car and found that a bead roller really dresses up the project. I bought mine at Harbor freight for $100.00. a link to my car if you are interested. http://www.clubcobra.com/forums/show...threadid=21115 |
Very nice. What gauge aluminum did you use?
|
i used .032 3003 aluminum, its pretty easy to work with.
i'll use .050 for the panels under the doors that carpet and soundproofing will attach roger...your work looks fantastic and thanks for the tip on the bead roller, i'll check on that today. 100 bucks is right down my alley. did you use hole punches for the lightening holes in the panels under the doors in the cockpit? more pics later. outlaw |
I used hole saws for the holes under the door sills.
