CSX2153 pamphlet

Hi, i bought this 4 page pamphlet last year. It has some pictures and racing history of this particular car. Anyone seen one of these before? Did one the recent owners have a few printed up, or was it given away at a show or one of the cobra clubs? Any ideas? Nice piece of Cobra memorabilia.

Paul...that is very cool.
When and if you can, are you able to do a scan of all the pages?

I'm at work and not near my library... but, one glitch...

I don't recall 2153 being a Sebring car; I think it was an independant.

It did DNF at Sebring in 1965..
..Ed Lowther/Bob Nagel/Sid Sinkel.

..also ran in 1964 as a "Customer car"...finished 12th

...but I don't believe it was a "Sebring" car.

The Sebring cars were: CSX 2127, 2128, 2129.

Hi, seems it has a mistake or two, i,d love to know who or why it was printed up. Its nice to keep.

It's no coincidence that this piece of literature was found in the UK, as that's where 2153 is today. This is a recently-produced piece, made by the owner of the car, who vintage-races it in Europe. You'll note a picture of the car as it is today in one of the photographs, taken at the Goodwood circuit in '02. These are available as "hand-outs" at the races in which the car participates. Nice, huh?

Thanks for clearing that up, i should have guessed but i was,nt sure. Cheers.
