The New COBRA Magazine Arrived!

The new COBRA magazine from Great Britian arrived in yesterday's mail! It is huge and full color. A nice job. Certainly if you are a Kirkham fan you will want this issue as they do a 427 Kirkham to Original AC 427 comparison. I had no idea that the Kirkham's body panels are actually fabricated in Poland.

I would highly recomend this magazine if for no other reason than it informs you of what the Cobra scene is over in the UK.

Cheers

Art,

The factory in Poland where Kirkham bodies are built used to manufacture Russian Mig fighter planes.

No, I have not been "OUT TO LUNCH", but I don't remember seeing the name of this magazine anywhere! What is the magazine and where can I get it?

Well, there you go. I learn something new every day! Having not been too immersed in the Kirkham, I never knew that the body was fabricated over there.

That is a great story in fact, the privitization of a defense industry and its product skills and the transformation to make something a bit more useful. A great masters thesis for the MBA who is a car nut.

Sort of a "swords into plowshares" thing;)

Don't know about MBAs writing about it, but the WSJ took an interest about a couple of engineering students from BYU with a strange idea that only a mother would love.:3DSMILE:
