Hmmm...
I "right-clicked" and downloaded the file. I get full audio, but the video goes only for a few seconds and then gets "stuck" on a picture of the grassy ravine. Could the file be corrupted? Tom |
Just tried it... both a download and an on-line play...
...both lock up video at the 15sec. point and continue with just audio. tried QT and WinMedia players...same result. ...busted. |

I downloaded MP9 and still can't see the video. It says there's an error downloading the Codec. Aggravating piece of crap.

Worked a-o-k for me...Windows media. I'm not sure whether to laugh or feel bad for that guy! It sorta looked like he drove straight off on purpose, what was he trying to do lock them up for the camera? Why would he jam on the brakes before the turn like that? For Sale: Viper GTS...slightly used- bring hook.

Don't know if it was staged or not but if it was, they ruined a pefectly good Viper, what a shame.:CRY:

Worked okay for me. I'm using the latest version of RealOne Player (which I have mixed feelings about). Man, what a bummer to drop the car off the cliff like that. Can't imagine staging something like that ($$$).

Some AVI files need a DivX decoder. Heres a link to get it. Works with all Windows media players. The Windows or media "error" report will NOT tell you need "DivX", you just do!
This Ferrari/Viper movie does NOT run on my W-2000 system and I DO have the DivX option. Is there some OTHER decoder (like DivX) most of us don't have yet? http://www.divx.com/ Real One player..... I HATE Real One Player, HATE it I tell you!! Ernie |

GOT IT!!! Go to the DivX.com link above. Dowload the NEWEST DivX version 5.1.1
The Video WILL play with Windows Media player after you install the NEW DivX decoder. OR launch the program (if you download it) DivX2.1 the PLAYER and use that to play the movie. Ernie |
Be careful. The free DivX Pro download will install the Gator adware. The Gator corporation is notorious for spyware that will hog resources. The codec only link is the one you want.

The Divx software download also loads the "Gain" tracking software....tracking your web browsing and adding to your popup ads.......
Visit the Divx site to figure out how to remove it...... |
