Here are some photos from Kentucky Cobra Club's recent trip to Kentucky Speedway. We only had 5 cars but the day was fantastic. Beautiful sunny day and great friends. We also had 4 more club members that shgowed up without their cars since they are in the midst of building theirs. They came for support, thank you guys. See you on the next event.

Nice pictures. Still too cold here in Illinois. Who's black superformance is that with the dual roll bars? I was wondering what brand and size the tires are.
Thanks, |
What kind of top is that on the grey car.. nice picture and great cars...
|
Hi Chris:
It was cold here early in the morning but then it warmed up pretty nicely. The black Superformance is that of Bob Walker out of Evansville, Indiana. The tires are Toyo's and they are, I believe, 255's front and 295's back. Hi Raceral: The gray car is mine and the top is the new top that Superformance is putting on all the new SPF's. |
Juan,
Had a great time watching you guys - and I'm regretting not braving the cold myself! It was nice to meet you, and I look forward to seeing you all again this Summer! Brad P.S. I'll be joining and sending pics soon! |
Hi Brad:
It was nice meeting you too. We were glad you stopped by. I can't wait to see your car. Send me as many pictures as you wish for the website. Juan |
Kentucky Speedway
Juan,
Thanks for allowing me to attend the gathering. It was a great experience to ride the track in a Cobra. What a motivational effect. Now I can't wait to get my Midstates Cobra completed. After the group left I took my truck around the track......it just wasn't the same. |
Hey Juan, I have some pics that I took from my vantage point in Eddy's Cobra....I also have some pics of you taking pics...hehehe....if you want them...just yell.

Brent:
It was nice to meet a certified possum killer!! Do you double for snipe hunting in your spare time?:3DSMILE: Funny how the car just wasn't running right until we hit the straight a ways. I'm glad you talked Eddy out of passing the pace truck. Boy I would love to had the green light and clear those pace trucks out and let the cobra's and the vipers go at it!! Yeah baby!! J.A. |
