NOS test successful!!!!!

Well i did it. I turned the damned thing on. In third gear this evening at about 2500rpm's.......OH MY!!!!!

I love this car I love the set up....I'm in heaven. I just put the fully polished 17's on and took pic's today of the car, wheels and the NOS install. I should have them posted tomorrow.

Spoony, sounds great! I'm in Mid-MO here and would love to get together and check out your setup. Did you go with the NOS brand? I'm using NX with an edelbrock plate. Haven't used it on the new 342 yet, but it is ready, filled and functional. Need more break in miles. Nothing like that extra kick that we don't need but it sure puts a smile on your face!!

You guys are crazy.

Just don't hit that switch as you go around the corner. Know someone who hit the switch whilst the engine wasn't running.

Now that makes for even more fun - engine rebuilding.

Perhaps direct into manifold via fogger ( 8 of ) looks better. Solenoids mounted at back of manifold. Would consider a purge line exiting from the scoop for special effect. Looks great at night with a big foggy mist shooting high in the air. Little gas used doing this.

For interest it is an offence to have a filled bottle in a car (connected) here in Australia.

Cheers - have fun..

:3DSMILE:

Swords are still OK???

Yeah they have become the latest fighting weapon for a number of Melbourne inner city Asian gangs.

They fairly well cut one guy up with a sword recently. He put up his arm to protect his body and ended up with his hand flying through the air.

Micro surgery saw it replaced.

He lives to fight another day.

**)

They are pretty tough over here no swords and no N.O.S connected. Then again it would be good to have it if you were being chased by someone with a sword.

Sheez....ok...so swords will be made illegal but you can carry a machete.

From the above site:
"He said machetes would remain a controlled weapon, requiring a person to have a legitimate reason for carrying them"

Can you imagine outside a nightclub..."sorry officer, Íts my tool of trade..I'm a cane cutter!!" ..yeah right!!!
