New Guy
Hey everyone --
I hope this is the correct forum for newbie introductions... I'm a GT40 geek who has a closet interest in Cobras of all forms. Of course if I gain some additional tidbits about the '40, that's always a positive. I already subscribe to gt40s.com, so this was just a natural extension of that. Hope to hear from you!!! Tod |
Good to have you on board. I kinda like the GT40 also but Cobra's Rule.

Hello to every one at Club Cobra. Just joined the club allthough I have been to the site many times during my search for Cobra info. Seems like this is the site that everything pops to when you search Cobra anything. Now that I have one sitting in my garage(be it in many peices) I thought now would be as good a time as any to join all the other Cobra fans out there .
Hello to all again, stangden(Dennis) |
Welcome to Club Cobra, Tod (todh) and Dennis (stangden)!
Cheers! Dave |
Somebody asked about the animal head on Allen Grants winning Cobra in the 60's.
I'm a new member. Why not just ask Allen Grant who has a great Cobra Shop "Allen Grant Motorsports in Sequim Washington. |
Welcome to the madness :D.

New guy myself. I am a Corvette guy with a great respect for the Cobras. I am seeking information about 1 year early to start my own personnal Kit. Need to know best manufacturers for the money(small budget) and the pros and cons of each. I suspect there is a forum for this so here I go.

Welcome to all of the new guys. You may want to look in the Scratch Builders Forum and Originality Forums if you have questions about somethings. As for the best kit or combinations that is hard to answer and depends a lot on how much you have to spend and just what you want to do with the car. But have fun and ask your questions. There will be someone who can answer them. Ron :) |
Good morning Jerry,
First welcome to our world of retro. Have you been to the manufacters web sites: That is usually a good place to start. Here is a link to most of the mfgs and you can also back track into the "cobracountry" web site: http://www.cobracountry.com/home2.html Clois |
OK...where's Cranky?
Welcome, Roscoe |
Also a new guy!
I am also not sure this is the forum where I should say hello, but here I am. I am a new Cobra owner who bought a Shell Valley on eBay and picked it up on Friday. The listed said it was a 1964, but the Shell Valley web site says their mold was a 67. Since I am new, I don't know the difference yet.
OK here is my first rookie question: what does SC stand for? My Cobra does not have a glove box and I was looking at adding one. I ran across a forum that says that SC Cobras did not have a glove box and in order to be true to the car, don't add one. Comments? |
