What replica kit is this?

I'm currently looking at purchasing a Classic Roadster Cobra replica that was built according to the ad at their place in Miami Fla. in 1991. It's a big block Chevy,Nash 5 speed,9" ford with around 5,000 miles. Were these good kits? What were they built on?Mustang donors?Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I just sold my '91 Classic. Loved it! Great car! Only complaint was tires rubbing when I went over a sharp dip in the road! I'm not sure I would go with the BB Chev. It will hamper your resale, IMHO!:o Good car, all around! Good luck!

Are you sure this is a Classic Roadster? The cars were never built in Florida. It may have been assembled in Florida but not by the factory. Classic Motor Carriages was located in Florida. If you can post a picture then I can tell you if it's one of ours.

Please be carefull Mackinaw, you'll put Don Scott into even an earlier grave if you have mistakenly called a CMC-or Classic Motor Carriage, aka Streetbeast, aka, Innovative Street Machines, aka Fiberfab, & the lists go on. A Classic Roadsters Cobra.... Not even close to being the same cars.

The car isn't a Classic Roadsters but I'm not sure who's it is. Maybe someone can identify it with the ebay link. Here's a picture of the car.

What is it then?

I was just going by what the ad on ebay said it was.I sure don't want to disrespect anyone I just want to make a wise purchase and knew that this is the site to get the info that I need to do so.
Thanks

No disrespect, they have the car listed as a Classic Roadsters. Many people confuse Classic Roadsters and Classic Motor Carriages. It looks like a nice car.

Classic Roadsters purchased Heritage and then moved it to Fargo. There may have been a few 500K's built there under the Heritage name but they never built any other cars in Florida. Classic sold the business to the person in Frazee MN. He was there for a few years and then went belly up. He only built and sold the 500K.

Classic Roadster Miami

The original literature that came with the car is in my gallery. What does everyone think of the chassis?I can buy the car right but don't want something that handles like crap.

The GM power plant is a double edged sword. It will certainly impact re-sale, but it will also help you negotiate a great price when your buying it! All depends on which side of the fence your standing on. :D

Fence

This price is good enough to be able to change the drive train at some time if the rest of the car is considered valuable. It's about 3 hrs from me so thats why I am asking the questions because I only want to make one trip and it not be a wasted one.
Thanks
