Connecticut Emissions Exemption
The bill pending was passed at the last minute nearly without a decenting vote. It is on the Gov's desk now. Composite cars will be exempt from testing is my understanding of the new rule. This comes from my friends at emissions H.Q. in Chesire. HOOOOOOORAYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
