Car transport $1 a mile
Looks like it will cost around $1 a mile for enclosed transport for cobra 1400 miles on east coast RI to Fl --Intercity - Fedex, pretty close bids etc.. one bid was for $1800 from Enclosed transport.. probably less in season when snow birds start heading south..

You can try an auto transport broker. I've had good luck with Transport4Less
and have saved a lot of money using them. Travis is the contact there. John |
VIP Transport Inc.
Try VIP Transport Inc. We used them to transport a Coupe from Salinas, CA to Latham, NY for $1,890.00
Mapquest said it was 3030.02 miles http://www.viptransportinc.com/ insured up to $300,000 per vehicle. |
Ryan that seems like a good price considering what I have been qouted, I will contact them .. thanks all

The car is going from RI to FL??? Our transporter runs to FL every week from CT and is always looking for cars to take down (ride north is always full). Give me a call on Monday and I can put you in touch with him. Should run $1,250 or so in a 2 car enclosed setup (no cars above). He is running to MA on Tuesday and then down to FL.

I would go with Cashburn's deal. Anyone running between Austin TX. and AZ?

Does anyone still need Northeast to Florida transport? I had a call from "Tom" that I missed while on a short vacation... if you are around Tom I have a truck going south very soon. Please get in touch.
Thanks |
