I use a waterski mirror near the top of the windshield above the stock mirror. Its also held on by suction cup. A little more money, but no blind spots whatsoever! Pops right off when not in use.

I have been looking for a better alternative to the little one and the water ski one looks like a winner to me. I just ordered one from Bart's. Thanks Marko. Chas

I found a convex, suction-cup mirror at AutoZone. It worked great for a couple of years, giving a wide-angle view in the left rear quadrant. Then it blew off one day, and I don't mean into the car, but the road. Crunch . . .

Waiting for one to show up at AutoZone. It worked well and didn't cost much.

I double checked, that is the mirror I use, not in place of the original mirror, but in addition to it. Like I said, pops off if you want to show the car. If you click on the "safety" section of the side bar, there are a number of mirrors to choose from.
