With any horsepower at all, BFG's are the worst, most dangerous tire you could have. If you like to drive your car hard at times, you'll probably end up spinning your car out. With my car, the ONLY way to keep it from spinning constantly, is to use drag radials. I have Nitto 555's, they work great!

Ditto Greg,
Had 15" 275 BFG's and went to 17" 335 Michelin Pilots, what a difference.
When warm, 2nd gear is just barely a chirp, then a sit-the-hell-back-in-yo-seat launch and 3rd has no chirp. Worth their weight in gold are these Pilots. And they're not the PS2's.
This scenario puts my engine in it's prime HP range and the MPH enough for the tires to plant. It's the quickest acceleration range mine has in it. I feel comfortable going up against anyone from 20-70mph.
