Speaking of Z06, you can pick up a used '02-03 in the $30-ish range with about 30-40K on the clock. A lot of car for thirty grand, IMHO (and I'm starting to seriously look at them as a potential daily driver..getting the 'Vette itch, again).

greetings my vote 05-06 GTO 400 hp 400 tq 05 low to mid 20's. 04's just the ls1 20,000 miles $17,000 20,000 range I LOVE MINE. 4 seat vette, new G8 might be cool but i think will be over 30,000. i think gto are a good sleeper spank most mustangs,chargers,sti.,and not to many of then, but yes kind od plain

I thought about buying a nice 02-03 Z06 instead of the cobra... but the cobra has been a lifelong dream. I can buy a vette anytime. I'll fulfill the dream first!:)

I never really took to the GTO's... they were just missing the pizzaz I guess. Looked like a grand prix with a v8.

The recently discontinued Pontiac GTO's were one of the best kept secrets of memory due to the over hype of the Mustang and the poor marketing of GM. You could probably find a low miler '05/06 for low 20's and if you were flexible on color combo there are still new leftovers that can be had under $25,000. They are terrifc cars with the LS-2 400 hp Vette drivetrain, BMW quality interiors and 26+ mpg crusing in overdrive.

Found a couple of interesting 2007 used Charger SRT's that I am bidding on, Ebay can be funny some times you actually get a deal, I did twice a car & a boat made money on both later on..
