Indoor car cover suggestions needed

I am looking for an indoor only car cover to keep the dust off my car. I was looking at a company called Coverking and they have a nice looking cover. Does anyone have any experience with this cover? Or can somone reccomend a high end cover? Thanks!

I bought a cheap A$$ nylon cover from Target for about $30... 4-5 years ago... works great to keep the dust off and doesn't scratch the finish while in the garage, easy to remove... I wash it every once in awhile. Of course I just have a little PPOS driver

   You heathen you! How can anyone conceivably cover 10 coats of Zaino with Saran Wrap?!?

You want something with a soft flannel lining (to protect the paint from scratching). California Car Cover makes a nice one for our cars.

Finishline.
Their cover is as soft as you will find anywhere. I think it is pure cotton. I bought 3 covers that were supposed to be soft that are now gathering dust on the shelf.
I ordered theirs on sale last fall, cost about $100 & change.
Best indoor cover out there.

This is what I have.

It is heavy and has tarp material on the outside and something like soft cotton on the inside. I got it with the car and it has to be the nicest cover I've ever seen.

I use a very light no-name cotton cover. It is really only a dust cover and would be useless outside. However, that is not a problem since the snake lives indoors except when burning a little fuel.

I do have a couple friends who are old time collectors and they suggest only a light cotton cover at most preferrably nothing at all. A true outdoor cover keeps things dark which tend to be great homes for mice etc.

My cotton cover is literally soft and thin like a T-Shirt. Best of luck!

I have bought a number of items from Griots. Great service and products.

Finish Line has the best one. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else.
It cost $125.00 All cotton...

I have a California Car Cover that fits like a glove. even with the full roll bar. I selected the DusTop. works great. Even had it embroidered by them.

Another vote for the Finishline cover. Very soft on the inside and it fits great.

I had a California car Cover and had 4RE KLR stitched in the front of it. It was the Noah cover @$125.00

I would suggest you consider getting an outdoor cover now instead of just an old cheapy one. You never know when you will need it.

Thanks for all the replys! Like 1985 CCX said it's better to go light weight or nothing at all for indoor. I thought the Coverking was pricy at over $200.00 so I'll check out the others.

I bought a good breathable water proof outdoor cover for use in my garage, then I take it on road trips just in case. Also great for overnight protection on week end trips. California car cover has several.

Soft flannel cover

I bought three twin bed sheets from LandsEnd, made of soft flannel. I had the local dry cleaners sew them together length-wise. It makes a great, soft indoor cover for about fifty bucks. Throw it in the washer if it gets dirty.

I don't cover my car indoors. Just wipe it off once a week. If you cover it, it will get beat. People start getting careless thinking it's protected. Bam, biff, oops, "I'll just set this here for a minute". This way they all see it and give it a wide berth.
