Daytona Coupe style top for a Cobra?

Hey guys I have finally decided to build a Cobra, basically from scratch. A while back someone posted pics and company info of a top that resembled a Daytona Coupe top, I have searched and searched with no luck. Does anyone have a link to the site if so that would be great. Well I hope to start my build in a month or so and I will keep you guys updated on the progress. Thanks in advance, jimig@standardtransmission.com

Jim,

StreetBeasts make a 66 Roadster Coupe that looks pretty good.

Here is the URL to their site:

Yeah that looks like it, it had a large hatch on the back that enabled you to still be able to get inside your trunk.

That sounds great, I will have to get his number from you, . I am going to go with, is anyone suprised a TKO600 or maybe a custom T56 6 speed, along with a 8.8 rear differential. At this point I am leaning more towards the T56 transmission since the car I have chosen to build will fit one in it.

I make them, 35 years fibreglass experience. I make eveything in that album. Tops are universal, fit my bodys or any others.

Mr. Bruce, where are you located in Pa.? I travel there frequently. What is the price on a hard top? Hardware required? Body adaptations? Just curious.
Thanks, RD

Do they have any type of windows for the doors? How water tight are they, and also what is the maximum height you can have your roll bars?

mr bruce 09-26-2007 02:38 PM

They are as watertight as you install them, they fit over a Factory 5 rollbar. You have to make your own windows as of now.I can make the side windows too, for an additional fee. E-mail direct, the pms don't always go thu. Rcherv1228atAOL.com
