There were many special/vintage cars in SD over the weekend for the Coronado Speed Festival. (I was there for the races)
I don't know/remember that car in particular though, sorry. When I get my desktop back up and running, (im on my laptop, which I hate!) I'll look through my photo's and see if I happened to shoot one of it.

Were the lips on the slabsides that squared?

The standard lip on the slabside did not look like the ones in the picture however, many of the slabsides had various flare styles added to allow bigger rubber for racing. There is an original slabside in the Tricounty area that not only had flares added but also had cutouts added to the front fenders, 427 style, to allow a 427 style exhaust to be mounted on the car. Hod rodders in the 60's weren't shy about modifying their cars in all kinds of ways to get more performance or attention for them.

It`s an obvious fake, as it has a Toyota decal on the windshield.
