if the link doesn't work, try going to speedfreaksinc , then Video Link
or copy and paste ...

For those of you in the NorCal and BACC, Speedfreaks Inc is considering having a Dyno Saturday for cobras. $10-$20 per pull? Anyone interested?

Ron,

Both links worked for me. Great videos... It looked like the circle track car was going to leap off the dyno!

Thanks!
Rodger

That is sick man. What kind of a whack job puts that kind of H.P. in a Cobra?? ;)

thudmaster 10-26-2007 10:47 PM

Yes Chris, what kind of sick man?

Guys,
When you blow up your first motor and open up your check book for your next motor, and don't know what to order and tell the builder to build a nice motor ... this is what you get! Fuel Injected only - no turbo, no supercharger, no NOS, no more $$$$
Ed, looking forward to your next car (since it will not look like mine!)

wow very impressive power. Any more details on the motor? Who built it? What FI system? Congrats!

Tracy is a little far for me from the south bay, but if I can ever get my damn carb working right I might be up for it.

Daryl,
The motor was built by Speed Freaks, Inc in Tracy, CA. It is a World Man-o-war 427 windsor block with Eagle pistons and rods, and ???? (I just kept paying the bills). It has a TWM fuel injection system (polished). Will get the final build specs on the cam, crank, etc soon.

Also has a new light weight flywheel and clutch system.

Tracy might be a little far, but they work on carbs too and you can knock off two birds with one stone. I dropped off the car at 9:30 AM, went to the mall and had coffee, saw two movies and then picked up my car. What a great day! FYI dyno tuning can run +$120 per hour, 3-5 hours!!!!

Hope to see you there! Ron
