Anyone make their own spats
Anyone make their own spats or did you buy from a vendor & trim to fit? I'm thinking of making some out of aluminum or stainless. Figure aluminum is easier to work with. Any tips or suggestions.....

I used 3M brand clear plastic film (Clear Bra) for mine and they work great and are almost invisible! I guess it all depends on the type of look you want!
Mine were very easy to install and have been on the Cobra for three years now and still look great!!

I may end up with the 3mm spats, but I love the look of polished aluminum.

I found the stainless steel toilet seats but no spats...........:LOL: :LOL:
