Rain in Florida depressing

Getting tired of this rain even though its in the 70's can't hardly remember a good sunny day... car doesn't do well on wet roads... I can't even imagine being stuck up north in the winter again.. Indiana winters were gray and gloomy, when I was a kid I used to watch Hawaii 5-0 and think damn what am I doing here.. felt screwed being born there..

you dont have to SHOVEL WATER ! Bill, motown snowtown

Jerry Clayton 01-22-2008 03:32 PM

we all were happy you were getting some drought relief---remember all the fires a couple months ago?

So sunny up here today the glare is very bad off the snow

We haven't had any fires down here this year as we are in southeastern Florida, when I left Georgia last year I had to detour to get back here as roads were closed. I have shoveled water before--muddy water that is. I miss the glare of the sun bouncing off the snow... wait no I don't LOL only problem really with all the rain is mold forms on roof - driveways, etc.. pressure clean 2-4 times a year..

Forgot to mention I am happy it's raining up in Georgia as our new pond never has had as much water as it has now according to our neighbors, it came a little late to help the farmers though.. Hopefully this year won't be a repeat..

Tom,

Nice and sunny all day here in Tampa untill about 6pm. I was able to get out for a couple of hours this afternoon and enjoy some cruising.

Yesterday, 76 degrees, sunny, around 5pm, we had to take "Her" out for a 45 minute spin. Really felt great. Not to many days like that, so we enjoyed the chance.
