Where to list the Cobra for sale?
I've got my car listed here and at ffcobra for sale. I also put a post up over at camaros.net.
There are a lot of sites online that will charge to place an ad (auto-trader, collectorcartrader, classiccar.com etc). Which of those is the best place to list a Cobra replica? Anyone here sell their car before at one of the pay-sites and have any luck? I think I may also put up an eBay auction for the car, but you always hear about the scam attempts when doing that. Anyone have any tips for successfully selling on eBay? How did you deal with getting paid? I think I put together a good ad (thanks to help from quite a few people). Now I want to get exposure for the car. Here's the ad in case you want to chime in with an opinion (not intended to be a shameless plug). Only one place in MHO is cobracountry.com "Important you get what you pay for" I tried all the other free sites & ebay with mostly tire kickers & low-ballers, unless your car is super cheap go with C-Country as ebay is a joke for selling, buying isn't to bad as you can get a bargain once in awhile.. Curt is leaving for 8 days starting late tonight so hurry or wait till he gets back..

Be careful at cars.com. I have my mustang listed there and it is one scam after another. The latest is asking you to sign in through a link through an e mail to get your password. I have had about 5 scammers contact me since December. Im not saying dont use it, just be careful.
