Bed Liner
Has anyone tried spraying Line-X or some other bed liner material in their wheel wells to prevent rocks from starring their paint?

Yes, I did 2 coats of brush-on Herculiner and it works great. How do I know it works? After tracking the car and really heating up the tires well, the back tires threw enough debris to put chips in the paint on the back of my front wheel fender flare. But nothing has come through from underneath and blistered or starred the paint.

I never did it with mine, but know of two others who did and it worked great just as Miles said.

I did it, drove it from july through october with no stress cracks. Not that many miles thought. I also put the fender liners from top of the hill over the bed liner.

3M makes a rattle can called Chip Guard. It's clear and isn't as heavy duty as bed liner but should work though.
