Product recommendation??
I too am installing an accusump in my ride. I need to run my 10AN oil line above the kick-out on my Canton road race FE pan. I'll be routing the hose and securing it with stainless steel/rubber lined loop clamps. My question is... I need to affix several of these to my oil pan to eliminate and chance of chafing etc. I don't want to drain/pull pan and weld anything to it. What type of bonding agent (Devcon, belzona etc) would work to "glue'n stick" the loop clamps to the pan? Whatever it is it'll have to be resistant to oil (it's an FE afterall:eek:), vibration and drastic temperature fluctuations.. Anything out there that fits the bill and won't rust, bust or collect dust?

The conditions (temp. & vibration) and the cost of an engine would cause me to have the fittings welded in. Just my $.03 worth. inflation you know

Seems like you are doing everything else correct, why stop now?

Could you use studs on the oil pan instead of bolts and use the extended studs to bolt the straps to?

Use some 1/4" all thread and make some studs to whatever length you need. Replace a couple of the bolts with studs. One nut for the oil pan, 1 or 2 nuts for the clamps.
