Chatsworth, CA Events
Hi Everyone,
I'm in Chatsworth, CA this week and wanted to know if there are any Cobra events that might be going on during the week. Looking at cobras is a whole lot more fun than looking at a TV or four walls. :D

Will you be around on the weekend? More stuff happens on Saturday and Sunday.
Also, at Bob's Big Boy restaurant in Toluca Lake/Burbank, there is a BIG cruise on Friday nights.

every Saturday morning on Verdugo at the parking lot of the movie theater from 7 a.m to 9 a.m. You can probably see 4 to 6 cobras.

Every Sunday morning beginning at 7 am, the Village Coffee Roaster in Woodland Hills/Calabasas hosts an exotic car show that usually brings in a couple of Cobras! It is probably the closest car show (with any good cars) that you will find near Chatsworth.

Hi Slither,
I'm in the DeSoto/Topanga Canyon area not far from Northridge. This trip I'll only be here until Friday morning. I'm trying to schedule my next trip to coincide with Knott's so I can be here over the weekend and finally attend the show.

I grew up in the West Valley and spent 40 years there. I just can't think of anything going on there during the week. The only thing that I can think of is to take a cruise over Topanga to the beach. The beach isn't very far from where you are.

The only auto action I know of starts Friday night through the weekend. Nothing during the week. I am gonna try to make it for the Calabasas get together Sunday morning. I have heard good things about it especially the last Sunday of the month supposedly the biggest.

Thanks for the information. I'll just have to plan better in the future to be here to take in some of the local action.

D&M2,
A car crowd usually meets at the Flames restaurant (near K-Mart) on Friday evening. It's actually in Northridge (next door to Chatsworth) at 9350 Corbin, just north of Prairie. People start showing up around 5:30 and you get a mixed group. I've seen amazing cars there including a restored WW2 halftrack. If you decide to come out, I'll bring my Arntz. There could be other Cobras there, too.

Thanks Paul,
I was just by there last night on my way to Blank Angus for dinner. I'll keep that in mind and plan on a Friday night on my next trip out. I'll be sure to let you know so I can meet you there.

Thanks Paul.
Also, was anyone on here in the Chili's parking lot in Canoga Park tonight? I stopped in for dinner and there was a nice red with white stripes cobra sitting in the corner of the parking lot.
