Price of Darkness left me stranded
Good ole' Mr. Lucas let me down again. Was cruisn through Daytona right on A1A and the car just quit. Coasted down a side road, and waited for my brother to catch up with his Mustang. Borrowed his flashlight, checked all the fuses, checked all the visable wiring. Well, the ignition switch burned up. Thankfully Cobras are about the easiest cars to hotwire, so I just wired the two power wires together and then started the car up and drove home.
I've put 7000 miles on this car since I've owned it, and the ONLY problems I have had were related to the crappy electrical system. |

How many times do we have to tell you to not let the smoke out of the Lucas wiring harness. Damnit, now I have to catch and bottle up another jar for you. O.K.-blame this on Excaliber....In the 70's Lucas made vacuum cleaners.It was the only product they made that didn't suck.
