What size tube?

mr bruce 05-09-2008 04:48 AM

1 1/2" ,1 5/8" ,1 3/4", 2", all DOM, wall thickness from .095-.120

I can help you out with 1 1/2 and maybe 1 3/4. Program the machine for up to 10 bends. I don't know if it's worth shipping it between though? Die sets are close to 1K ea. It makes it expensive to set up for a new size.

I have to build 3 reproduction Griffith 200 frames for the prototypes before we start full production. I'll be in touch if I don't find someone closer. thanks

There must be a local race car chassis building shop that could do the work for you.

2 inch is not a problem for us in 3" and 5" radius. We bend 0.063 wall for our exhaust tubes so we would need to buy a new mandrel for your 0.095-0.120 wall stuff.

We have a nice stacker machine so we can do some pretty cool bends. Let me know if we can help.
