Very Nice Bob, but you still haven't stated or written what you intend to do about the missing windows for the top you sold me? Like I told you your windows are NOT going to come from Don.

Ed as i stated before i did not get windows. i also never told you i had windows. and if this was such a big problem why did you install the top .i could have sold this top to several others. i would have refunded the money if you would have sent it back as is now the top is no longer new.
if your buying classic roadsters II as you claim technically you will owe me windows along with other parts.

Bob, I'm certainly not going to argue with your semantics, I'll have to take this another route-had I known the windows were not included with a "Complete top" I never would have paid you your asking price, without a quibble at all. I wonder how many other people would buy a "complete top" knowing it did not have windows.
Technically- nice try, but I owe you nothing Sir. You still owe for a complete top. Last of my discussion on this. Everything else will be done through the mail. Sorry.

Just so things don't get misconstrued-I never hinted for a a full refund, nor did I ask him to take the incomplete top back. What I did ask, especially since it was for a customer of mine and Bob knew that, I simply asked for a small refund so that I could get the windows made.
