Electric Cobra?

Did anybody see the eletric cobra on the speed channel last night? It has 300hp and said to be just as quick if not quicker than the originals. $128,000

Yep,

It's not the horsepower so much, but the torque - think they said it was 1000ft-lbs pretty early on; pretty cool.

Right after that show, they had Mequires (sp?) "Car Crazy"; short interview with CS and his wife - best part was all the background shots of Cobras overlooking the ocean.

My son has an electric Cobra...he turns it on every night before he says his prayers and goes to bed! Okay it's only the front half of a Cobra but it's still pretty cool and I WANT ONE TOO....lol

I've got an officially licensed Shelby electric cobra and I let my kids drive it too.

Yep I've seen them here locally. They have traction problems. That instant torque is hard to modulate.
