I've seen some very shady advertisements and bigger than life claims on the net for sure. Claims you can run engines on only hydrogen or HHO are way beyond my or any home builders ability (IMHO).

I think older carb'd engines have the biggest potential for mileage improvements but they are more labor intensive due to the need to make actual jet and carb changes a step at a time. Newer injected engines with electronic controls allow a turn of a potentiometer or rheostat tweak to make changes. Many newer cars have onboard mileage displays so even simple math is done for you. Emissions was mentioned earlier but HHO lowers readings with water the result of being burnt. I would agree that any change (good or bad) to a cars emission system is a violation to the letter of the law. HHO does burn cleaner and the moisture in the exhaust is simply consumed by the much larger gasoline % being burnt. Again another reason why pure hydrogen is not compatible as a (SIMPLE .. LOL) home conversion. There is a learning curve for sure and knowing what is beyond my abilities or even possible at a reasonable cost becomes black n white very quick.

Spent just over 600 bucks to get 1 car getting a 25% improvement. Granted you could duplicate it on an exact same car for like 150 but it would need all the same install and tweaking. I am not or would not sell any part of all this to a buddy or a stranger but results @ 20% can be duplicated. Friendships are not for sale and price to make profitable on very low production numbers would be very high. Then you have the Fed's to deal with !!! How do you tax distilled water to equal the gas tax dollars that would be lost.
